There seems to be some varied opinions on buying and selling routes through a broker. On one hand, brokers seem to offer things like guarantees and handoff processes that are useful in a business transaction of this nature. Some offer escrow services that complete payouts after time to ensure the routes purchased aren’t going to churn. On the other hand, some find the broker fees to be excessive and/or unnecessary.
