We are a property management company looking for reliable vendors to handle the maintenance of our short-term rental portfolio.
Due to high guest turnover and our commitment to property standards, we require twice-weekly service for both pools and hot tubs.

Scope of Work:
-
Pools (2x per week): Full cleaning, skimming, and chemical balancing.

Hot Tubs (2x per week): Testing, sanitizing, and ensuring the water is guest-ready twice every week.

Turnover Support: Capability to handle drain-and-fills or emergency cleanings between guests if necessary.

Photo Documentation: We require a digital service log with photos after every visit for our records.
