Full Service? Chem check?

Hi, I’m new. I’ve reached out to customer support and I haven’t had a response. I have customers (commercial properties) who we visit daily. Monday may be a full service, Tuesday just a chem check. In Pool360, it is very easily laid out. How do I delineate between the two with skimmer?

To your point, I think it would be very helpful if route stops could be fully customized.  No single standardized checklist.  Like custom work order types, we should be able to select the type of stop needed and those route stop types can all be customized.  It would also be helpful to be able to turn off the chem dosing and reading portion of a route stop.  We have a commercial client for whom we also do light janitorial and deck hand type services.  It would be nice to have checklists for both that are independent one from another.  I understand custom recurring work orders may also be used, however, this feature is not particularly clean and easy.  

One possible way to accomplish this could be to use the “body of water” function in a route stop to accommodate other services.  Selecting custom checklists and route stop types would be very helpful and would make SKIMMER more competitive with Pool Brain which has this functionality.
