Mobile Quotes* is now available in Skimmer, allowing pool service companies to create and send quotes directly from the field.
When technicians identify repairs or upgrade opportunities during service, they can now build a complete quote on-site—without waiting to return to the office. Quotes can include line items, discounts, deposits, and photo attachments, all created from the mobile app.
NOTE: Quotes are included in the Scaling Up and Skimmer for Enterprise plans.
Businesses can maintain full control over how quotes are sent with two permission levels:
- View & Build – Technicians create quotes and submit them for office approval
- Send to Customer – Authorized users with the right permissions can email quotes directly and capture customer signatures on-site
This flexibility allows companies to move faster while maintaining pricing oversight.
Mobile Quotes supports offline work, automatically syncing when a connection is restored. Approved quotes follow the same lifecycle as web-created quotes, maintaining consistency in reporting and workflows.
