Starting today, AI Insights is available to all Skimmer customers on the web app. It's a data assistant you can access from your home page or the Reports page — you type a question about your business and get a clear, summarized answer back in seconds.
Here’s how you can use it for your business:

- Questions or statements both work — "which customers owe me money?" or "show me skipped stops this month"
- Covers customers, routes, stops, chemicals, dosages, invoices, work orders, and more
- For the sharpest answers, keep questions short and specific. Questions outside that scope get a clear fallback.
⚡ Less digging, faster answers
- Answers come back in seconds, not after navigating multiple screens
- Download results as a CSV (up to 1,000 rows) for deeper review
- Work order, invoice, and customer references are clickable — go straight to the detail page from your answer
🔒 Built with privacy and security in mind
- AI Insights can only read your data, never change it
- Sensitive information — stored cards, gate codes — is blocked by design
- Your data stays scoped to your company only
Getting started
Look for "Ask about your business" on your Skimmer home page, or find it under Reports. The more you use it, the better it gets. Use the thumbs up/thumbs down on each answer to let us know how it's doing.
