Here’s what you can now do with the Heritage integration:
🛒 Ordering
- Search Heritage's full catalog or your linked Skimmer products by name or part number
- Place an order without leaving Skimmer: select products, quantities, and delivery method
- Set role-based permissions so techs can draft orders while admins review and submit so that spending stays controlled
📋 Order management
- Track every order in one view with live status updates: draft, submitted, on hold, acknowledged, shipped, invoiced
- Track what your company buys through Heritage Orders and how much you're spending with the procurement report.
📝 Quote-to-order
- Add Heritage items to a quote with live pricing
- The parts cost in your quote reflects what Heritage is actually charging, not what you looked up last week
🔗 Job costing
- Tie Heritage purchases to work orders, bodies of water, and customers
- Supports billing accuracy and gives you a record of what was installed and where
- One-off purchases are tracked through "other" so th
