April's updates are focused on two things: giving pool pros back time they shouldn't be spending in the first place, and making the financial side of the business easier to manage. From AI-powered call handling to a cleaner reporting experience, here's what's new:

AI phone

Customers can now call in and get answers without waiting for your team. Forward calls to an embedded AI agent that uses your customer data and a configurable knowledge base to respond — so routine questions are handled automatically, around the clock.
30-day free trial ends June 1st, and the launch price is $99/month after that.

This video shows you how easy it is to set it up!

Reporting updates:

Several reports got meaningful upgrades this month:

  • The Service Credits Report is now available directly from the Reports page
  • The AR Aging Summary report now defaults to yesterday's date automatically
  • The Income by Category report has been updated with consistent color coding, a right-aligned Export button with an Excel option, and an empty state message
  • Voided payments are now included in the Payouts Report
  • You can now jump directly to a customer's statement from their Customer Details page
  • The Reports menu has been tidied up — old links removed, "New" labels cleared

Lead form updates

Enabling or disabling the form now saves instantly when you flip the toggle — no more saving the entire page to apply the change.

API enhancements

  • Several new fields are now available on Product endpoints, including ManufacturerSku, HeritagePartNumber, MarkupType, and more.
  • New endpoints let you search all work orders and pull all work order types via the API.
  • Rate limiting documentation has been added to the developer portal.

Customer export update
The customer export now includes the suspended customer flag, so you can see which customers have overdue invoices without pulling a separate report.

As always, don’t forget to update your mobile app to the most current version for the latest improvements.
