Product catalog enhancements
We’ve made a few updates to keep product details more accurate and easier to work with.
- Product cost now syncs with QuickBooks Online and is automatically added when you create a quote.
- We’ve also added limits to cost and price fields to help prevent entry mistakes.
Updated API access for products and invoices
The API now includes product cost data and supports retrieving and searching invoices, providing you with more complete and accurate information for your integrations.
The public API is included in the Skimmer for Enterprise plan
Updated password security
Password requirements have been strengthened to better protect your account. New passwords need to meet updated rules, and Skimmer now gives clearer guidance if a password doesn’t meet the standards, so it’s easier to create a strong, acceptable password the first time.
These updates apply when creating or resetting a password.
Mobile app update (version 12.8)
To help prevent accidental actions in the field, technicians will now see a confirmation step before finishing or unskipping a route stop or work order. This extra prompt keeps your customer notifications accurate and helps avoid unintended completions.
As always, don’t forget to update your mobile app to the most current version for the latest improvements.
