The Pool Deck has structured forums to make it easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. On the top navigation bar, click “Community” for a complete forum view. Some forums are available to all members, while others are exclusive to Skimmer customers.

👉 Click on the forum that interests you to visit that page. Click “Subscribe” on the right side of the page to receive automatic email updates when new posts are added to this forum. You can always reset your preference by clicking “Unsubscribe.”

👉 Access and subscribe to the Product Updates section from the top navigation bar, as well as join Groups, check out upcoming and on-demand events, and search the Skimmer Help Center for training videos and how-to articles. Access to specific groups and content is reserved exclusively for Skimmer customers.

How to send private messages, follow and @mention members

👉 Click on a member’s username or profile icon that you're interested in following or sending a message to. 

👉 Click “Follow member” or “Send message” to start a private exchange. You can also view their profile information, and their community activity will be displayed.

👉 To @mention a member in a post or comment on one they might be interested in, simply type @their username, then select the correct member. They'll be notified once you publish the post or comment.
