Want to join The Pool Deck or invite other pool professionals to join our growing community?
Here's how to get started:
- Click ”Login/Register” in the upper navigation bar and select “Create an account.”
- Complete the registration form, including a username and the work email address associated with your Skimmer account, to immediately unlock full community access and set your password. If you aren't a Skimmer customer, you can still create a general access account.
💡 The Pool Deck Community Tip: Your username is how you log in and displays as your community profile name, so choose wisely. You can always message community@getskimmer.com to update it later 😉!
- After clicking “Register,” you can immediately start exploring the community. However, it can sometimes take up to 48 hours to authenticate your account and unlock access to ALL forums for Skimmer customers.

How to delete your account
If you want to delete your account, send an email to community@getskimmer.com.
Please note that once your community account is deleted, your account activity cannot be recovered. Deleting your community account will not affect your Skimmer account.
Please include the following information in your email:
- Subject line: "Please delete my account in The Pool Deck"
- Your community username
