To achieve this, we've made improvements to the search results, making it easier for you to understand what posts already exist in each category type (articles, questions, product updates, and conversations) that may have the answers you're looking for.

Before you ask a new question, enter your keywords in the universal search function. This powerful tool will quickly provide you with all available resources on your topic to help you find the information you need. Additionally, you can ask further questions or share your expertise on existing posts, contributing to the collective knowledge on that topic.

To explore beyond the initial shortlist results, click "return" after entering your search terms. This action will display the complete search results, aggregating and organizing all posts by category type (questions, conversations, articles, and product updates). Click "View All" to expand and explore these results further.

This expanded view also allows you to refine your search by forum and tags to help you find the best post options.

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to ask a new question or start a new conversation and wait for responses from our members.
