Okay, I must have missed something… I previously enabled auto-invoicing for a select group on the 1st of each month.

I expected the auto-invoicing to be triggered early this morning, but nothing happened. Therefore, as usual, I proceeded to do my monthly billing for last month. However, we just received the "report" today, just before 4 PM (16 hours into the 1st here on the East Coast), so I’m not sure what happened here.

Hi GreySharkPools,

I believe this is a support-specific question that the community will not have an answer to.  Will you please give us a call?  We can get more details that way and be in a better position to help.

Great question @GreySharkPools. This will definitely require a deeper dive into your settings and a call with Skimmer to make sure there’s not an issue. Thanks for jumping in, @Gabriel

Hello,

I've been hesitant to attempt this, but your support has really boosted my confidence! I'm ready to give it a shot!

A potential issue I'm facing is that I currently process invoices in two separate batches. One batch is for customers who pay in advance, and the other is for those who pay afterward. In other words, one group pays for the service before receiving it, and the other pays once they have received it.

Is it still possible for me to take advantage of this time-saving feature?

Sure! The automation is triggered by the batch payout regardless of when or how often.
