We utilize an AmEx Business Plus employee card for our technicians, which has a small preset spending limit of $250 per month. We accrue points and have the flexibility to adjust the limit as necessary. This enables our technicians to fuel up the truck and procure supplies as required. It's important to have some trust in your technicians.

I use divvy or (bill.com). It’s very easy to keep everything organized for accounting and I can also add funds for whatever they need.
