To preface, I usually base my pricing on either the overall going rate in my area or just feeling it out. This has worked pretty well for me so far with my residential accounts, but I’m feeling a bit out of my league when thinking about bidding on commercial accounts. For my sake and the industry, I really don’t want to underbid these jobs.
Does anyone have any formula they use for bidding jobs? Residential and/or commercial?
