I am having a recurring problem with whatever this substance is. Is anyone familiar with it? We have tried phosphate removers, and different chemicals, and it still always comes back between weekly servicing. If you touch it, it almost disintegrate and mixes into the water immediately. It’s not sand and it’s not dirt. Any help would be appreciated
