It starts off easy with some upbeat country, then once the caffeine kicks in its a switch to 90-00’s hits, then to end the day its 80’s rock. Sometimes today’s hits get sprinkled in and its not always in this order. There are days you have to start with rock to get motivated.
There is always net/brush dancing invovled - no matter how awful it is.
