The customer portal is a secure, web-based platform that gives your customers full, 24/7 access to their service and payment details. It allows them to easily view their service history and, if you use Skimmer billing, their payments, invoices and payment methods.
What’s new
Now your customers can:
- Access and download their invoices and billing statements for a complete record of all their financial transactions
- Pay multiple outstanding invoices with a single click
- Manage quotes* more efficiently by viewing and approving open quotes as well as tracking past requests
