As you know as business owners, sometimes yourself or techs have to cover other techs pools. You’ll also know that more than likely the techs doing the covering probably doesn’t know much about the property since they aren’t there each week. You know things such as is it a salt pool, which side of the house do you enter, is it an Air BNB, do you need to call in advance, are there dogs on the property and so on and so forth.
