How many times have you been blamed for something you DIDN’T do? All the time right? Well, I thought of a way to help mitigate that complaint. 

In the video above, I mention the situation that we didn’t do, then by using Skimmer show you a quick and simple way to create a photo required check list item that will prove you weren’t the only one on site. You’ll see we have two different verbiage’s for the checklist item, but ultimately settled on “Other Workers on Property During Visit” because that essentially covers everyone!  

Here are some screenshots from the check list item. All of these people left issues that we got a complaint from the client for, but because we took these, stopped them dead in their tracks. Toodaloo client! Go complain somewhere else.
