If you start building your company to where you have lots of employees it can be hard and a lot of extra work to maintain records of performance, write ups, etc. We figured out a way to use Skimmer to do this for us. It’s very simple and you can document on the fly whether if it’s to identify weaknesses in performance (like if they ask to be trained on the same item repetitively), an official record of conversion or even things like write ups.
