If you discover that your invoices contain the wrong contact information, check your Skimmer Web Portals Settings and then Invoicing to make certain they aren’t blank. 

If they are, Skimmer has been defaulting to your company contact info in the “Howdy Owner” link at the top of the Skimmer Web Portal.   

Once  you enter and save the correct contact information into your Settings > Invoicing page, all your new invoices going forward will be correct.  The old invoices cannot be changed.

We ran into the exact same issue as there are several places to set those values under settings:

  • Service Emails
  • Invoicing
  • Quotes
  • Payments

Also, each work order type can also have its own default email subject, header and message. 

Now, would be nice to have them all in one place so you can ensure all logos, contact info and email subjects are consistent. Having an editor for each “template” would be a bonus so we can embed links in the emails would be pretty awesome. 😎
