Step-by-step instructions

 

1. Tap on Customers > tap on customer name.

 

2. Tap Edit.

 

3. Scroll down and tap Make Inactive.

 

4. Tap to select any/all work orders and route assignments you do NOT want to delete, then tap Make Inactive.

 

 

5. Tap Inactive to locate the inactive customer.
