Step-by-step instructions

 

1. Select Customers > click customer profile.

2. Click Edit.

3. Select Make Inactive > un/select any/all checkboxes that apply > Make Inactive.

  • Once made inactive, an inactive icon will display next to the customer name.

4. To reactivate a customer, from the customer profile, click Edit > Make Active > Make Active.
