How I Use It:
- Claude AI
- connected to all my apps, software and reporting tools: Gmail, Slack, Notion, SEO tools, Google apps, Canva, Zapier etc.
- Skills/Knowledge base: I’ve taught Claude everything about my agency, SOPs, services, clients, brand kit, voice, & more so it runs and operates just like any other employee
- Writing content, creating marketing plans & client reports, conducting competitive analysis - all trained up on our best practices & SOPs
- Perplexity
- My research assistant. Anything I want to learn more about or see if something new is a good fit for our business Perplexity has the power to call on multiple AI tools to give me in-depth answers.
- ChatGPT
- quick answers, super-simple tasks. When Claude is busy working on projects and i need a quick answer ill use ChatGPT.
Claude is our main operator and there are a million ways to use AI but these are just some of the ways I save a ton of time and energy. Hope this helps a little and let me know what you want to see!
