I’m developing some free resources and posts for pool and spa business owners and
would really value your input.

Question:
Out of the following areas, how would you rank them in order of priority for you
right now?

 

Please list the letters in order of priority (most important → least important).

Example: C, A, D, B (in this example, C is the most important and B is the least
important).

Options:

A: Leading and influencing your team

B: Creating a culture where people take ownership and care about the business

C: Having time for the things that matter outside the business

D: Having space to focus on the big picture and a team that brings ideas to the
table

Trying to attract and retain talent that cares as much about our business as we do is really difficult to manage. Nobody will ever do the job as detailed and meticulously as the owner would - and we are really fortunate to have a great team, but we need to do a better job at attracting and retaining talent that cares as much about our business model growth and level of quality service as we do.
