Dear community,
My customers love detailled service reports with pictures.
We made a competitive advantage of adding pictures of every task we perform n the service report.
This remains a burden: taking the phone off, open the app, press add picture etc… sometime with wet ends and at risk of dropping the phone off.
I wonder if some of you have explored more effective setup/process with body/head cams and AI assistant that would automatically add picture to the report with a single voice command. That’d be awesome!
