I am unable to edit email content, scheduling or use the review tool. Additionally, my editing selections don’t look the same as what was shared in the tutorial. I’ve attached screenshots. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to edit templates for reviews, schedule review outreach, import customer lists and make edits to the reputation dashboard set-up?
