We rebuilt the first thing you see when you log in. Instead of jumping between screens to find what needs attention, Skimmer Home gives you one view of your day, your routes, and your business.
Why it matters
Most mornings start with the same questions: What's overdue? Who's running behind? How's the business doing? Home answers all three in one place, so you can act before the day gets away from you.
What you get
Needs your attention - Your morning gut check. It surfaces what's most likely to need action today: overdue invoices, failed payments, skipped stops, unscheduled work orders, quotes awaiting approval, new leads, and more. Each card shows a count or dollar amount and links straight to the list. Cards only show when there's something to act on, so an empty section means you're on track.
Today's operations - A real-time look at how routes are progressing. See team totals for the day, plus each technician's start time with an on-time or late flag, stop count, estimated finish, and a progress bar. Click a tech for their full stop-by-stop timeline, or assign any work order that still needs a name on it.
Business health - A quick snapshot of performance over the last 30 days: estimated revenue, customers serviced, skip rate, and chemical cost. Change the date range anytime, or click through to the full report. You can also ask about your business in plain language and get answers back.
Ask about your business
Business health includes an AI insights drawer. Select Ask about your business and type a question in plain language, no reports to build or filters to set. Ask things like which customers you've lost this month or how your skip rate is trending, and get an answer back in seconds. It's available to anyone with the "Can view AI insights" permission.
Make it yours
Hit Customize in the top-right to turn sections and metrics on or off. Your setup is yours alone, so it won't change what anyone else on your account sees. Everything also follows your permissions, so you only see what you're cleared to see.
