Skimmer bookkeeping
Skimmer bookkeeping is a new add-on: a real bookkeeper categorizes your transactions and reconciles your accounts, so your books stay current without you doing it yourself after hours. Find it under Bookkeeping in your left navigation, where you can book a demo or subscribe
Skimmer Marketing Suite
Marketing Suite gives you three ways to bring in more business without hiring a marketing person: automated email and SMS campaigns, review requests with a private heads-up before anything goes public, and ad spend tracking that shows which dollars are actually working. Find it all in the Marketing Suite section of your left navigation in Skimmer.

Integrations center
No more digging through settings to remember what's connected. The new integrations center puts every integration Skimmer offers on one screen: QuickBooks Online, Heritage Pool Supply, Zapier, Orenda, and LaMotte Spin Touch, plus API keys and webhooks if you're on Enterprise.
Note: Enterprise subscriptions also get API keys and webhooks tabs, so you can create and manage API keys and reach the webhooks portal.
Service feedback
See how a visit actually went, straight from the reviews customers are already leaving. One tap on the service email, a rating per stop and per tech, and an alert the second someone's unhappy, so you can call them before they call someone else. Ratings are private. Nothing posts to Google, Facebook, or Yelp.
Also, your reviews are easier to read now too. The new service feedback report rolls up average rating, review volume, and comment trends over time, with a rating distribution chart and a filterable table you can drill into.

Readings report
Stop clicking into every customer just to check water. The readings report shows the latest readings and dosages across the board and flags what's out of range, based on your readings & dosages office alerts
Work order update
Skimmer now shows photos taken during a work order in the body of water's service history.
User activity log
