Hey everyone,Just checking to see if anyone has any comments or ideas regarding opening a 2nd retail pool store.We are similar to a Leslies, except we are cheaper and stock way more parts.Unfortunately, competition has moved in the area (epoolsupply and pinch a penny) and there are not many options to raise prices, when they are selling at close to cost on some items.My thoughts were adding a second store farther away from the competition and was looking for advice from others that might have experience in owning more than 1 pool retail store.Thanks in advance and let me know your thoughts.Randy

Hot Tubs (2x per week): Testing, sanitizing, and ensuring the water is guest-ready twice every week. Turnover Support: Capability to handle drain-and-fills or emergency cleanings between guests if necessary. Photo Documentation: We require a digital service log with photos after every visit for our records. We are looking for long-term partners who can keep up with the fast pace of the vacation rental industry.
