Step-by-step instructions

1. Skimmer allows easy access to a customer’s service history. You can do this by selecting a customer from the Customers tab, then tapping the tab for a body of water, followed by History.

2. This is a summary of the water body's service history. On the left are the service dates in order, and on the right are details like assigned tech, readings, dosages, checklist items, installed items, and service notes.

3. From the Route Dashboard, you can access a customer's history. Their current route stop page shows Recent Activity in customizable columns. Tap History to see the full record.
