If you want to stay informed whenever a new work order is created, there's an easy way for this to happen automatically. In the Skimmer app, tap on the Settings tab, and then choose Work Order Types. Here you'll see each type you've set up, and each can be set up individually to notify you. We'll look at the basic Service Call for demonstration.
In the Basic Info box, you'll see several toggles that you can use to activate different options. Look at the second one down - Alert office when work order added. Toggle that ON and tap save. Now, whenever a work order of this type is created, you'll receive an email informing you of the details.
If you're a Skimmer customer wanting to unlock full access, please create an account with the same work email address associated with your Skimmer account.
